If your gift is for a seasoned astrologer, they probably have the best book out there on astrology. You could look for the latest book by these predictive astrology authors: Celeste Teal, Bernadette Brady, or Noel Tyl.
You might be able to go with a book on a different technique of astrology instead. Whether I use it or not, I always appreciate a book that describes a different way of looking at something.
Perhaps a Vedic astrology book, a horary book, or a book on midpoints. There are some easy to find ones at Amazon.
