Is to be born in mool related to certain planetary positions in the birth chart of the individual? Kindly explain as my nephew born on 28 th march 2009 at 12:51 in lucknow (U.P.) is being said to be born in mool. Looking at his planetary posiitons I fail to make much sense of it.

I believe that is a reference to the “Four Temperaments” (or “Four Humors”) of Hippocrates. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humorism
Briefly, two of the four temperaments are yellow bile (summer/fire) or black bile (autumn/earth). I believe this is what that is referring to.

For example in my birth chart, I have mars at 0 degrees in pisces, and venus 0 degrees in cancer, uranus 0 degrees in capricorn. Does 0 degrees have any significance?

In astrology what does your opposite sign mean? I am a Sagittarian and my opposite sign is a gemini. I used to think this meant that I am not compatible with them but now I am not so sure as I have recently found out I am least compatible with Cancer and Taurus rather then gemini. No guesses please
